TELESALES AGENT - SALARY: ŁNEG Depending On Experience
(Flexible Hours and possible job share if required)

We are looking for an individual to work in our small team in Cardiff. We are not looking for hard sellers but we do need confident telephone communicators who know how to ask questions and build rapport with customers. NO COLD CALLING!
  • You will need to build friendly and open relationships with our customers. You will work from our own database and respond promptly to incoming leads through our website and other sources.
  • You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the Underwriting Manager along with one of the Directors.
  • There will be some sales / promotional material around your role that will need putting together in order to assist you in achieving your KPIs.
  • You will be set realistic targets that you will have to manage yourself.
  • You must be self motivated and enjoy communicating with all types of people.
  • You must be comfortable on the telephone whilst others are present.
  • You must be able to type whilst you talk.
  • You must be comfortable using computers and IT.
  • You must be disciplined in following up contacts and sending correct materials when requested.
